Does anyone know if a 08 Nytro RTX rear suspension will bolt right into my 05 RX1 with NO modifications?

I actually have less than no idea, but swapping any totally different suspension with "no" mods is dreaming

Depends on your own definition of "no mods"...
If "no mods" means drilling no new holes, then the answer is no. From what I remember, the mounting points of the -05 MonoShock and the -08 Dual Shock are not the same.
If you can measure the mounting points of the -08 FX Nytro and then drill and fabricate them in exactly the same position in your -05 RX-1, plus making sure that the width of the tunnel is the same, then why not...?
