You can do it in the sled but the front shock can be a pain getting in and out . It will probably be quicker to just pull the suspension and do it. Then to can give it a once over as well much easier. You have to send your shock to Star for the spacer and also he does re-valving of the shock if you want that done at the same time.

Best to buy the heavier spring when adding the spacer to the shock too. Robert will give you a part number. I'd pull the skid too, consider adding x wheels and or DuPont sliders while its out. My 2 cents. Pray for snow! You can do it in the sled but the front shock can be a pain getting in and out . It will probably be quicker to just pull the suspension and do it. Just installed the kit yesterday...way easier to do with suspension out, Robert is a great guy to deal with...never upsells, honest with his recommendations and products are well made. Now all I have to do is find a base board set up with the triple/dual rate springs I also added...anyone know what direction I should go??. Hygear spacers are also a definite plus, also I would check your limiter straps for wear...that's a whole new animal to tame?? Tons of info/opinions on that subject. Good Luck and I agree with pay2play...pray for snow...can I hear an "Amen'
