nytro turbo question?

Im thinking about making the switch to a nytro from a ski doo rev, for the sole purpose to build a turbo sled. I like the nytro and I think it will work well for my style of riding (somewhat agressive on the trails and boon-docking in the woods).

Now the question I have is this, I have a Mitsu TDO5H turbo off my CPI Rev turbo kit. How well will this work on the nytro. I would like to be around 200 HP and run pump fuel (with additive if needed). I know some stuff about turbos I have done a kit on my REV but it was a 2 stoke (Im by no means an expert). I would like to purchase some parts preferably the MCX setup tio work off the stock header and go from there.

Any thoughts? know you can determine through the map/chart for the turbo how it will run but I have never done it before.

so i'm guessing the cpi kit never ran very good then? there is alot of ways to go with the nytro and lots of kits out there and plenty of different headers that break the trick is finding a builder that has a warranty that is real and looks like you are riding low elevation back east so a builder like ulmer would be the guy or a flatlander mcx dealer so u have everything right the first time so your riding not wrenching. don't feel bad about 2 stroke turbos they are worse then women you can work on them all week long and u don't even get a 10 min ride most of the time

the turbo on my rev was for ice racing. I dont think a 2 stock turbo with no muffler would work well out here with the fish cops writing tickets for loud exhaust. I want a quiet 180 to 200 hp trail sled I dont have to worry about, thats all. haha. I also dont really want to add $4000 to $6000 to the cost of the sled though. I figure at least if I part it together I dont need to drop $4000 all at once.

Not much way around it. Your going to need a proper intercooler, turbo, and fuel box anyway. You might as well drop the bucks on the right kit instead of trying to make something work. Sounds like a huge headache. More riding, less wrenching is my motto. Alpine motorsport, powder lites and MCXpress make a low boost kit for the trails for you, all reasonably priced.
