For those of you that have came off an apex what are the pros and cons of the switch for you personally? I am thinking about a nytro for next season and wondering how it stacks up compared to the apex. My riding consists of two tracks, ditch banging, and fields 90% of the time and groom trails the other 10%. How does the nytro compare to the apex in deep snow? On the trail? And what kind of mpg are you guys seeing on your nytro compared to the apex?
This thread has been done..oh..about..50 kazillion times. It has been covered so many times it is an inside joke. You did a search first...right? Anyway...nytro way better in the bumps & tight & twisties. Better on fuel at trail speeds but uses more fuel at full throttle. In deep snow the better hp of the apex makes it trench at better mph. Sounds like u need a nytro & a search function!

Bismark, I just got done riding the new XTX for the second time (last week in W Yellowstone and today in Anaconda, MT). The guys from Yamaha put a 1.75 lug track on this one. This sled just rocks!! For the kind of riding that you are going to be doing I think you would be very pleased with one of these! my .02 for what its worth!!
