This morning I woke up it was -20. I decided to let the sun come up and go for a ride to check the trails for broken trees in the way. Left my sled outside not in the garage. Went out to start it and all it wanted to do is turn over over over and over like it wasn't getting fire. So I decided to take a heat gun and warm up the throttle body for a few min. I don't know what the hell I did but it started up ran flawless all day. Does anyone no what I did to fix the issue? It was very cold so it has to deal with spark or fuel or electrical. Thanks for the reply

Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the on position?

Replace the fuel pump relay in the nose of the sled with the solid state version or bring yours in the house and thaw it out. Call Kevin at Port Washington Yamaha they have them in stock.

Thanks so much for the info. It's still under warranty. Yamaha should carry them correct.

I'm sure Yamaha carries them but does your dealer is the real question.
