So i have my skid out doing some bearings and looking things over after i got my tunnel powder coated. I noticed that the small arm were the bottom of the rear shock and pull rods connect is rotating down and making contact with the shock body? I was going to put it in tonight to see if it did this while on the sled but decided to call it a night. Is this something I need to look into or will the pivot arm rotate up when its installed on the sled? Figured id keep the skid out an extra day or so incase i need to change something on it or I am missing something obvious.

Thanks for the help!

Do you have the rear springs on? If not the suspension will do that.

There is nothing wrong with your skid. THe rear arm needs to be fixed in its correct location for that linkage to work.

rear spring are loaded. i kind of figured the rear arms need to be in fixed position. Was worried about nothing i guess! Thanks everyone! On a positive note the tunnel removal powdercoating, and reinstall was super easy!

I tore it off so fast i didnt grab pictures. however when it comes down to it the removal and reinstall was 10x easier than expected. if i didnt have the gas tank and plastics back on my sled id take pictures.. maybe if it comes back off i will.
