Alright guys finally got my exhaust done, last year i had a cobbed on glasspack, which lasted which was a surprise. the new exhaust should last for a few years until the baffles in the pipe come out or go bad. I did all the fab work myself, and being 17 years old i didnt think i did to bad. The exhaust itself is done but the cover that is going to go over the old muffler hole is not done. Also got my seat bracket done which is going to allow me to put two 2.5 bottles for nitrous back there. Whatcha guys think so far?

P.S. Dont mind the dirty tunnel, it was pressure washed after i got the pipe fabbed up on there. , didnt take pictures after it was cleaned.

Im not using the stock seat, tommorow i will post some pics of the seat bracket, im using a yfz 450 seat which is off of a fourwheeler, i have to wait to get the seat in from ebay. Im going to have an upholster re-make the cover and have it taller with softer foam in it.

Nice job, be interested to see how 2 bottles fit back there, I know I would love to have more N20 capacity on mine

After doing all that work maybe you can help me.. Are you still using the factory header pipe? Do you happen to know the Diameter of the header pipe? I haven't got to in-depth yet but i have felt and looked up underneath there and it looks to be and oval shaped header pipe? I have an 06 nytro i assume its the same header as the 07's. anything helps.. thanks

I used a 2 inch I.D. pipe, so that it could accommodate the stock gasket and clamp. To tell you the truth i really do not know the O.D. of the stock header, its not oval its round.

Yea i cant wait to get it in so i can start mounting it up, and yes i will take pictures of it

And for the nitrous bottles, It will be a really tight fit but i think it will work without the bottles hitting at all hopefully, no need to worry about that now, because i havent ordered it yet
