OEM Market Share

Scandanavians are smart.

They know enough not to buy disposable sleds.

Yammies are like Zippo Lighters , fuel and go, last forever.

The other guys are like Bic liters. Work good for awhile and then throw em away.

Good analogy!

They will make a come back & with market share I think ... just setting back right now

I think yamaha works good in all Terrain here in michigan

Need new platforms to make blue buyers want to buy new. Good sleds but old in the tooth weightwise & rear suspensions. Yam does not have a 2013 sled I have to have too simular to 2006 Apex with cheaper front shocks but improved over the years but not that different. I miss GYTRs clickers up front.

here, our trails are wide, not too many twisties, mostly rail beds, logging roads and open fields, yamaha is the brand you see the most around here,an apex or vector is right at home on these kind of trails

All I can say is the Yamaha mechanic is just like that guy who use to do the Maytag washer commercials. The guy is sitting in a chair with his feet up sleeping with no work to do. They last forever.

Lots of donuts to replace & not doing that from a chair.lol

The Yamaha mechanics are busy too. They may not be replacing engines but there are a lot of little things that go wrong. My good friend is the GM and the other is the lead tech. The tech rides a BRP freeride.
