Ohlins in Attak or Apex?

Has anyone put the Ohlins EC rear shock in there Apex (er,RTX) or Attak yet. Was wondering how difficult it was to install. I know these models are already prewired, but I am more concerned with running the wires from the selonoid to the existing wiring harness. Seems slightly complicated with the need to mount the wire at certain distances and mounting brackets, etc. I have a 06 Tech Update manual and it gives detailed instructions on mounting one in a RX-1 and not and Apex or Attak
