my friend rides an rtx...and beats the crap out of it..he uses oil..and my 2007 162 mountain does the same..it will use around a leter every 1200 ks..boondocking alot..talk to the tec.and he said that it was normal...because the throtle is pined when doing deep turns in the powder...i know alot of farmers...stock machine...and also because the thing is so hot..moveing slow in the powder..some of the liquid in the oil will evaporate..the wife burns nothing...for this reason,,,seems to me that boondocking is harder on a machine than climbing hills...if it was burning oil ..because of a problem..you would smell it and even see it when you start it up...still cheaper than 2-stroke
