Where do you find the oil filter on a 2007 Venture ??

Jack or suspend by straps, the front of the sled up enough to get under it.
The will be a plastic "door" held on by 5 allen-head bolts. Remove that door & there will be the oil filter.
Also, the allen-head bolt with an arrow pointing to it, that's your crankcase drain bolt. Remove it, and another 1/2-3/4 qt of oil will come out of the crankcase.

I'm anal but I find if I jack the sled up at the front I can get another 1/2Litre out of the engine via it and the filter area. I also get a decent quality out of the oil tank as well.
Imo, less dirty used oil in the engine the better
