So I changed the oil and filter in my sled a couple months ago, iv put 13 miles on this season and am heading north for the weekend so I figured o would check my oil level, I started the sled let it run for like 5 minutes checked the oil and it was just above the L on the dipstick, I let it run some more since i was messing around with some other stuff, the engine was hot at his point since the fan on the radiator was running,
I decided to check the oil level again and this time it was just above the H line. So with it being a like a hair above the H line after idling for a while could it do any damage?

It wont do any damage; it will just puke it out into the airbox and eventually onto the ground.

No I wasn't screwing it in, I'm going to check it again, how long do you guys usually run your sled before checking your oil?
