Does anyone know how much oil an 03 Rx-1 needs when the oil light first comes on? The light came on right before I was done riding. I rode less than a mile after it came on. I just do not want to overfill it.

Typically about 1/2 a quart.
It's best to top it off when it is fully warmed up (ridden for a few miles at least) and then idled for 1 minute before being shut down. Then fill it to the full mark (don't screw in the dipstick while checking).
If you don't follow the procedure above you will likely overfill it.
