oil presure plug

is the oil presure plug a black plug that screws with your fingers or plyers on top of the engine next to the spark plugs on clutch side??? if not, where is it and how do I idenitfy it???

I would think it is close to the oil filter/cooler but I may be wrong. Not 100% sure with the Apex's


But here is how to test it once you find it..

what you have desribed is the valve cover cap, the oil pressure plug is behind the engine above the exhaust manifold. section 2-24 of the service manual.
