Is this just a level light or does it also indicate oil pressure? I know my level is fine and the motor doesn't show any other signs of low pressure? Wondering if this is a sending unit problem. Anyone have experience with a faulty sensor in the past?

The senders do go bad, or your connection could be bad. Check the terminals in the clip. Sometimes the wires going to it get broken from the sharp angle and people trying to screw off the sender with the wire still connected.
