So I replaced the bushings in my 09 Nytro FX. On the upper A arm I torqued to 32ft/lbs and the arm is so stiff it takes alot to move it up and down. The lowers are alittle stiff but not as bad as uppers.
Should I back it off a bit or is it supposed to be that hard to move them?????
Thanx

Don't worry about it. It will be fine with the shock set back up. These will wear in to where they move freely.

The weight of the sled working up and down on it is a lot more then you can push with your hand.

I had same worry as I almost had to force the cross shaft into the bushings. But they wore in just sitting in the garage. Pulled it appart to paint a arms before season started and when reassembling them they moved free an smooth. I was just as worried as u but don't worry it will be fine

I always have the weight of the sled on the suspension before I do any final torquing. Otherwise, you could have some binding.
