I went on a trip to Wawa, Canada last year, and have an old trail permit on my windshield. What is the best product to remove this?

Hair Dryer!!!! Slowly peel off the sticker. Remove the rest with Windex or Gue be gone depending on the leftover residue.

Heat both sides of the sticker, then peel what you can off, then use a automotive paint reducer to clean off the glue.
WD-40 works the best.
You don't have to worry about damaging any plastic

yeah, wd-40 works best.... used goo-gone (or similar) on a winshield a few years ago and it ruined it
..... Let the wd-40 soak for 5-10 min and use your fingernail...repeat if necessary. Never leaves cratches or anything.

DO NOT use auto paint thinner on plastic. That's a BAD BAD idea. You'll be buying a new windshield if you do!

I do it all the time and have never had a problem with any of my stickers or leaving marks on my windshield after.
