Tricks for reusing trail permit

Broke my winshld and used heat gun on high. itwas too much heat with it on high and melted part of the outer layer. Low heat with razor to get an edge to start works great.

Today I got the permit sticker removed and re-installed it on the new shield. It came off perfectly!

I took me heat gun and heated the back side of shield and very slowly pulled it off while heating it up. Got a corner started, and the rest is history! Looks great

Did almost exactly the same thing yesterday and yes, worked great!

What windshield/ mirror combo is that? I would love to have those mirrors, especially if they fit under my deluxe cover!

Set up is from the Arctic cat Crosstour

6606-722 mid arctic cat windshield
6639-630 mirrors

They also have taller ones than what is on mine in the picture. My only complaint is that the mirrors at blocked a little by the coldguard gauntlets. Might try to add some spacers to the mirrors.

The windshield fits with a few minor modifications. There are a couple of write ups, search mirrors or windshields.

Guys do yourself a favor in the future, don't put trail stickers on the windshield, The area right below the headlight never breaks.
