That's one of the old ice boats, back when they were dangerous. Later they figured out the runner plank should be in the rear and the steering blade in the front.
I have had a few sail type ice boats, they feel crazy fast, you are laying on your back inches off the ice. Mine don't quite reach 100 mph, but some go double that.
If ya think snowmobiling is bad for time out riding, with iceboats, I'm lucky to get a week a year.
