One hand warmer quit

I had one go on the brakes side this year too and I have the Yamaboost heaters. I was lucky, the guy I purchased the machine from had an extra heater and gave it to me. I have the rivets in my grip as well. I installed it, put new rivets in and im good to go. I am wondering if when you lose one that the other one draws too much current and will eventually fail. sorta like headlights in a car. I ALWAYS keep hand warmers with me as I dont trust handwarmers in snowmobiles. I had one go on my Cat last year and was happy to have a warmer with me. Same happened on the Nytro this year, i did 2 trips with the disposable warmers before I was able to install it.

Sounds like a common grip heater to quit. Mine quit on the brake side on our last ride , throttle side got really hot . On my 2011 they were full heat all the time because they suck for heat. Now I guess I will replace both with RSI grips and heater elements.

My grips dont have the rivet, probably means 1st owner already did them. Do i need to cut the grip off? Has anyone been able to save theirs?

Should be able to twist/pry them loose, I had one fail recently, kept driving it and now the other one has failed. Code 81 and I think it has caused my fuel gauge to read whacky. Not sure if riding with a burnt one would burn out the other one. Hope new elements will correct everything.

Just noticed on my sled the right hand grip has no heat neither does the thumb warmer and the head light bulb is out on the same side as well. Hand warmers are stock it is a 2013 but I have Rocz Toyz HID lights. Any ideas?
