Can someone please tell me where the shut-off valve/s are located on the vector for the carb. heaters.. On my V-max it was on the fire-wall. :ORC MM.

Good question Can you even turn them off on the rx and rs's?

RX1 does not have a shutoff valve for carb . i don't think rs has either

I believe the Mountain Vector has them. Other RS Sleds do not.

That's what the rubber flap is for over the carbs, to keep heat on them. When its warm you can lay the flap the airbox to keep them cooler.

only the rsm has a carb cooler shut off switch, i was wondering the same thing, its in ur owners manuel, and shouldnt be too hard to find. but just the rsm has the switch. does anybody know what temp they should flip rubber flap over air box??

According to the schematics I was looking at the Vector carbs are electrically heated and or controlled. There’s 3 carb heater solenoids.
