Ordering new yamaha skis and hyfax?

I know it's been discussed a lot on here lately, but I have one more question. Has anyone actually reciecived either of these accesories yet? Stopped by my dealer today and they said now the hyfax are backordered until the end of December and he had no clue about the ski. Anyway, not trying to start a rant on yamaha and all their backordered items, I'm used to that now, just curious if anyone got their parts yet?

Just spoke to my dealer about the skis. He's very frustrated that Yamaha would push the marketing and hype of these products without having the inventory ready to roll. He believes it's no where near the point of hitting the consumer.

I was at the dealer yesterday to pick up a couple of items that had come in and was also told the hyfax not until end of December.

I have come to expect this of Yamaha these days, quite sad to see them not having this sorted out to get the sleds ready as the season is already short enough without waiting on parts.

It's a good thing don't ask for a deposit on order items.

Don't hold your breath guys! I ordered and payed for a set of yamaha's oilite front end bushings and they been back order for a month and half still no parts. I called today and cancelled my order and will go elsewhere! The lady i talked agreed that yamaha has dropped the ball on this one!!!

Guys its not just yamaha,i have had a sled from all 4 makers today,and yes,they all hype up there stuff,but never have it ready before new years,and that is the best dates,i have seen. its almostalways this time of year,that we start getting our sleds ready,even if we dont get our new sled mag in the mail,or we have not been to a sled swap meet,or grass drag yet,its like how do the birds know when to go south,well we all just know when we want to start getting our snow scoots ready for winter use,now these sled makers,monitor these sites,on a weekly basis,so they all know when we start our winter tune up time,you would think by now,when they advertise a special product,that they would have already rampped up on production for it,but NO,most of these A HOLES have not,ya it peees me off too. Waiting for the same new yamaha dullie skis,for my boys NYTRO. :exc:

Reminds me of the new mountain ski a few yrs ago. We got the skis but it took another 3 months to get the carbide that fit the ski

First dealer told me end of nov.,now it is end of dec.,anyone notice a pattern here!

Thanks for the reponses guys, and the lack of bashing. It's bad to say but atleast we can count on them being consistant lol. Maybe it's easier because we are used to waiting for snow all year too.
