I gotta ask..do you guys cutout your own logos to tack on? CNC plasma cutter? My father has one and he has some real nice logos and emblems he cuts out for people. Uses fine tip consumables. Not that yours looks bad at all but would be very neat to see what he could do for you for a logo. He has learned the software program very well and the logos he cuts out for people are very detailed!

Mines looks as if it was cut by hand with a plasma cutter then tacked on

Not that it makes the exhaust any more or less valuable but my dad started cutting a logo for an exhaust company within the last year here and since then it's been the focus point of all their exhaust systems. Kinda like the etched look on the excell exhaust..it doesn't make it any better of an exhaust but it looks clean, neat and very professional!

We've actually showed it to many different people and they all think that it's been done with a waterjet, it's that precise

Jim, When we talked this summer about the exhaust for the Viper you said at that time you didn't know what DB's the silencer would be, now that you are producing it have you done any sound checks on it?

I'm ready to order a can and this is a very nice piece. However, I would like to have some more specs before I go for it. Db, hp gains. Also looking at slp but I want stainless.

i can tell you this much about this exhaust. besides that it is top notch, it is loud. idle isnt so bad but when you open it up its louder than the allowable db limits here in the states... at idle it may just be over the limit but it isnt crazy. i dont have any numbers for you guys sorry.

It is an awesome muffler. My butt dyno said at low and mid range it increased power and increased top end by 4-6 . Unfortunately I live in an area that the sheriff deputies are out every weekend. I was pulled over in town, luckily he didn't have a meter.

its a lot quieter with a turbo before the muffler and more powerful got those kits coming out soon. its louder for sure... that's what most guys want when they buy it...
