We picked up 8" of perfect snowball type snow.
The lake still has 12-14" of ice.
We're seriously thinking of a more professional radar set up for this year.
It would require renting a Stalker gun with an electronic 10" lit sign interface.
The cost would be $300.00.
Do you feel asking for a $5-10 donation to help cover the cost is asking too much? Unlimited runs!!
I forgot the name of your buddy the owns Land and Sea. Do you think he'd make it? It would be good to have an additional plow to boot!

I OK with it it is the least we can do, hey how about a 20 dollar fee and include some dogs and soda, the gut gets pretty lonely out on the lake.

I know it's hard to believe, but I "cut" the ice in multiple places and it's 12-14" as of "last" weekend. I actually measure it and not guess.
With this weeks cold weather we must have picked up another 1-3".
Otis Reservoir is at 1400 feet and it's really a different world up here vs the valley.
I certainly wouldn't mislead anyone, as who wants to see someone lose their sled and possibly their life.
The lake will be plowed this weekend, but I'm not sure about the weather for Sunday. Saturday should offer some good runs for anyone who wants to tune or get an idea how things are running.
