What is the tallest paddle track i can put on my 08 fx nytro 121 without changing anything but the track?

you can use a 2" challenger track with the heat exchanger rails cut out, or just put in a 1.75 back country track

Without changing anything but the track...?
Then the maximum lug height is something around 1.4". Anything higher will rub the tunnel- and heat exchanger stud protectors. For instance, the Cobra 1.352" will fit without problems but the Challenger / Intense 1.5" will rub the stud protectors.
If you want lugs between 1.4" and 2" you have got two options; notch the lugs where they meet the stud protectors or remove the stud protectors. With the stud protectors removed, 2" lugs will just fit without touching the heat exchanger.
If you want to go higher than 2" you will also need to install smaller drivers.
