PAINTED PANEL QUESTION???

I have my hood in our body shop here at work along with the hood for my kids xc 120 ....

both of which are the oily plastic type

what are you guys using for paint / primer and getting it to stick properly

thanks alot my painter is kinda scratching his head on this one as he wants to do it right the first time

I scuffed the entire thing in a red scotch pad, used 400 on the mold marks to flatten them out, then used SEM plastic prep and plastic adhesion promoter. Sprayed 3 coats of urethane primer then sanded with 600. Sprayed 3 coats of Sikkens base then 3 coats of urethane clear with a flex agent.
