parking brake adjustment?

My parking brake is not engaging. It seems to be pulling cable, and when I check the disc, the pads seem to tighten a little, but not enough. Any idea how to adjust this to get more pressure on the disc? thanks.

How;s the trails on the Big Sue? Heard there ws a lot of overflow? I'm headed to Skwentna on Jan. 2 - after I get back from this trip to NAPA Valley, Ca.

haven't been down to the Susitna yet this year. I use the machine to train my sled dogs with, and have been using the Willow side of Hatcher Pass rd. Lots of snow up here.
