Culvert, I went to Lowes or Home Depot and bought some kind of large black rubber plumbing cap or cover. I can't recall the measurement any longer but it fits just perfectly in the hole. I had to trim the rear facing edge of the rubber down because it fits over the tank. I just RTVed the rubber plug into the hole.
I looked on E bay for a Yamaha Logo and ended up buying the one that's on there in the picture. I think it had a stick pin in the middle that I stuck through the rubber cap/cover and I also applied a dab of clear RTV to keep it from spinning.

I'm not sure what length risers Rox makes anymore. Mine was 5-7"
