I have been waiting 7 weeks for Yamaha parts. Dealer now says that they are back ordered and are expected in July. Anyone else having problems getting parts from yamaha??????

I did. In the fall I ordered leathers, dealer said Yamaha didn't offer them anymore. They said I had to order them in the spring. I ordered a blue windshield. At the time that was back ordered. A couple months ago I wanted to get a low chrome windshield for the grass season and that's on back order too. Seems like everything I order is back ordered. When I was on Cat I could get anything at anytime. I'm not complaining but it would be nice if stuff was available when you order it.

Kingkatt, your dealer can find out if parts are in stock by running the part # thru YDS (Yamaha dealer system). This will tell the dealer if the part is in stock and even what wharehouse/s it is avaible in. It does't give backorder release dates thou untill the part has been ordered.

Yamaha doesnt keep alot of spare parts around like CAT does..
Cat knows there sled are going to break... yamaha hopes there doesnt..

Yup ordered a Silver/Grey skid plate for the Nytro in DECEMBER!!!!! Still hasnt came in yet. Ordered a whole new dash and radiator in FEBURARY!!!! I dont know what to do Yamaha is really droppen the ball on the accessories and the part department.
