I started modding out my Wife's Phazer a week ago. I am doing a 162x16x2.5 on my Nytro so I had the 155 Polaris track that was on that sled left over and the extrovert drivers. So I decided to put the 155 on the Phazer and just cut it down to 14 inch. I was going to cut it to 14.5 but decided better to keep it narrow so it is more nimble for her but still more floatation. We cut the track on a table saw, work pretty well but bound up the saw a couple of time and tripped the breaker on the motor and we thought we killed it. But we got it done and it turned out awesome so 155x14x2.4 track on our Phazer. I am putting CA Pros on it this weekend and just put in a Heelclicker clutch kit. We are going to install some rail ext for a 151 conversion and move the skid back 2 inches. Thank you TBYRD in ALASKA for the rail extensions and x-clicks, I am excited to try this beast out. Will try to post pics after weekend.

As soon as it snows enough to kill the yard work I will get started on my 153. I plan on doing a 41 to 46 gear change while I'm in there. I can order gears from the dealer, but is there another option?

Powder coating
We found out a local powder coating place was doing a free special on pink for breast cancer awareness so we took the spindles, front and rear bumper, and schmidt bros guage pod protector to them for powder coating, we got all that installed and looks great. Got the track in and all adjusted. Her Phazer already has the 17 tooth top gear so it is pretty low ratio anyway. I think the dealer is the only option as these are special gears but I am not sure. We also installed the blue hiperfax. I tested in out in the Pass on the way home and it needs a little more weight added to the weights but rips pretty good. Here is a pic or two.

I bought mine through OFT Racing... http://oftracing.com/Store/ You will need to call or email to tell them what you want but they will hook you up. You will need the longer chain also. I also used their 144 - 153 rail extension kit. They put together my order with the extensions, chain and sprocket and extro drivers.

What are you going to do with your exhaust pointing straight at your spare gas can? Or is this just your version of a TURBO???
Nice looking sled!!

Gas Ca n
Already took care of that with the turnout that was on my Nytro. Welded it to the Bender Exhuast. and painted it Black.

I'm a little dissapointed, I was looking forward to the extra boost when I take her for a spin

I wish
I wish I could afford boost right now but the Nytro would get boosted first, Carrie has to get used to the power it has then we may boost it for her. Yeah!!!

Now if you had done the grey covers in pink too, it would really fly.
Looks good!
