A friend of mine had the exhaust break off at the flange where it bolts to the head??? The pipes broke off right at the welds inside of the flanges.
Anyone else have this happen?
We checked mounts, etc. for movement and the engine is tight.

2009 Phazer MTX
I know a few people have cracked the flex joint, but I havent heard of the welds on the flange breaking. Personally I'm surprised no one had built a replacement header for the phazer, I know I'd buy one just to get rid of the flex joints and pick up a pony or two.
Thats where mine broke.Had them welded all the way around and been good since.I believe they break from the big chunk of ice hitting them from front.Closed entire tunnel and no more ice or beat up pipes and tunnel.
