09 phazer mtx hits the limiter all the time. sled is set up for my elavation. my question is do i add weight to the tip or the middle? dealer tech told me the middle but thought the tip would be more effective. i can only go to the next biggest rivet which is the 17.2. have both holed filled with 13.3 now. what do you think

If 0-40MPH over-rev, in the middle. If over-rev after 40MPH, on the tip. This is as it has been explained to me at least :exc:
