After some research and talking its been mentioned that the stock fuel pressure regulator has been an issue with these things causing either lean conditions or lighting the sled on fire. This one dropped 2 exhaust valves but I found melted aluminum throughout the exhaust. Im rebuilding it but no head shim and 5 psi boost, I will replace the fuel pressure regulator but was just going to run a stock one, is an external necessary in a low boost application? Im used to running Apex systems and the regulators never fail. Thanx again for the help fellas. By the way I will be running a A/F gauge on this one too.
