In the post your Phazer thread I noticed other guys with an 07 Phazer gt that had different front suspension then me. Whats the difference and why is it like this?
I hope no one minds me using their pictures, if you don't want me to, let me know.

Looks like your shocks are installed upside down.

His shocks dont look upside down compared to that 07 Phazer GT

Yamaha's description for both
2007 Yamaha Phazer
"Gas cell front shocks
The shocks on the Phazer’s FX double wishbone front suspension geometry deliver consistent performance with good fade resistance. They give the Phazer its nice, plush ride quality."
2007 Yamaha Phazer GT
"Aluminum HPG front shocks
The High Pressure Gas (HPG) shocks on the Phazer GT’s front suspension geometry deliver consistent performance with excellent fade resistance. They are rebuildable and rechargeable for years of quality service."

No..base has non-rebuildable sh*t shocks....GT shock is the next level up..and rebuildable

Yep just a shock difference between base(cheap shock), GT(rebuildable trail shock) FX (GYTR resevoir clicker ditchbanging, rough terrain shocks) other suspension components are identical. I have my base model cheapo shocks with sno cross springs turned upside down also to accomodate my schmidt bros sway bar. I wouldn't sweat yours being upside down zackn291. The GT shocks should work for ya unless you're landing from 30' high.

I have an extra set of brand new shocks. I also may have my set of race fox shocks for sale. The fronts are floats with an extra chamber and the rears are a one off deal they made 5-6 sets.

I would love to have them especially the back, I always bottom er out! and even the fronts arnt very plush.. but I'm 16, unemployed and unfortunatly my dad didn't listen to me the first when I told him I'm better off with an FX over the GT. After showing him how good of an off trail rider I am, in Quebec, he agrees I would of been better off with the FX
but I can't complain because not many 14 years old (at the time) get a brand new $11,000 snowmobile.Similar threads
