Fired up the new turbo system tonight to check for leaks And all the normal stuff. Tach / digital gauge cluster is stuck on 1259rpm.... Its idleing at normal 1800rpm, reving engine does nothing. I tried numerious re starts and tach always reads 1259rpm engine running or not...
