Follow wires from hand warmers into the mess under the head light. There will be a single wire with a black connector and a single wire with a white connectors that look identical.. those plug into each other.. its has to be a single wire..

Unless you mess with your handlebars or riser, is there any reason you would expect it to act up? It's good safety to keep it in tact.
yes , you are right , I want to leave it connected but we had one last year after the sled slept outside in the snow storm then it droped to -32c , we had to drag it to the fire pit and throw a tarp over the tee pee we made up , so we worked 8 times harder than we had to ,if one of us would of known how to bypass it , on regular two strokes you just disconnect them and of you go

If your TORS was tripped because of cold, that was an indication that the throttle cable was freezing and was not returning properly. That is exactly what TORS was designed for. If it had been overridden, that sled would have a strong potential of having a stuck throttle and a runaway.
So yes, feel free to remove TORS, but that could have been a deadly ride if you had gotten it up and running.

an easyer solution would be to throw an old mitten or glove over top of it to keep the snow/freezing rain out of it. heck a couple of spruce boughs might be enough to keep it protected.
