Phazer TORS issue

Having problems with TORS on a Phazer, checked to make sure that the cable isn't binding and that with bars turned from full lock to lock that the cable isn't being pulled, but still can't get the TORS to work properly, is it possible that the TORS sensor is bad? Any thing else that I need to look at?

maybe check the throttle lever for too much play? or the little tab sticking.
even though it's not binding maybe try rotating the throttle up or down on the bars and see what happens.

Sorry for the confusion. I was thinking there was a tab behind the lever. What it was is the cable itself. I just went out to check.
NO tab, my mistake.

How much throttle cable free play do you have?

I bet I have 5 mm or so should it be run tight ??

the sled would not even come off the trailer yesterday pulling forward no crank of the handle bars

I don't remember a code but I was so frustrated I may have just not looked ! ill check tonight if there is a code, maybe I try the TORS override to see if it moves.
