Thanks Steve, I have alot to go through for sure. I found several things I did not like right off bat, which I feel is normal from TRF factory. Not like DOO for sure. So I had to adjust much of the HOOD, as the side panels were not lining up, so I had all the under hood screws on backside apart day one, and reinstalled them all where the panels all snap on and line up perfectly. Then the torsion springs in back were not on the adjusters, they never got set into place, fixed that. And a few other items I adjusted. All looks great now. Removed my warning labels and also installed my windshield bag, not very useful but wanted it for my reg paperwork mostly which its perfect for.Like a kid at Christmas.... congrats Dan.... couple take aways... my first lift had a shock like that... better ask the lift guy if its cool to use the drill as my shock failed.... and not sure from the pic... but you heated shield supply line.... id zip tie it to that insulated line going to the top of the resi....
Super sharp sled.... make a mod list so we can track this baby...
I have a boatload of parts here to install. Will try to get at it soon, so I can finish my DIY CAI, and also im designing and doing my own graphics for the side panels to keep them clean, lots to do before I can take it up north in a few weeks.
BTW this lift has the bully dog jack in it, 5000 lb jack and guaranteed. It comes with a bit to use drill, handle too but drill is the norm.

Hey Joe.....Don called me out of the blue, saying it was In! wow. So i did not have time to plan much, ripped my day on a jobsite so I could finish some brake coil work early, and got home by 3 picked up trailer and flew to dealer...even forgot to latch trailer to truck! 35 minutes trailer never popped off the ball! lucky!!!! LOLSled looks awesome Dan, congrats and best of luck with it. I really wanted to meet you at Don's yesterday when you picked it up but I'm home with the flu. I got back from Italy Sunday and I've been sick ever since. I can't wait to see you put all your goodies on it and show me how I can spend more money.

Im the opposite, I would NEVER use a fork lift on sled, I dont let them, google it and see the many mishaps! ALways ride it on wheel, its the only safe loading method that does not hurt a thing. Seen a ton of trashed running boards from fork truck....that is a big no no.Looks nice. Not a red person but still looks good.
Although I’d be pissed if my dealer rode my brand new $15k sled around like that. Gotta believe they own a fork lift.

Haha, I got all those pics from 06 season when we ALL had new APex(after I sold that RT doo) LOL....Fred,Matt,Dano,Me and Tom didnt get his Apex til 07 i think. Best sled I ever owned, and longest owned. Never had an issue (except blowing it up on NOS. LOL)Hey Matt...Might be like the old days when we were all on Apex's, but now Sidewinders. I'm still on a smoker for now though.

Great to hear that......I often worry that with these winters, dealers are gonna be fewer and fewer....Don has given me the best service and pricing overall, always. I live 3 minutes from Hebelers, and drive 35 to Don Georges instead.Looks great congrats! I got my 17 winder and 16 viper from Don George's, great dealer to work with and do business for us in the area

Thanks Dan.
Every loading situation is different. In your case loading your sled into your trailer with a ramped door and no studs in the track the best solution was to bring it out on wheels. (No carbides touching and rubber track on the ground).
If we were to load a fully studded track sled into a pick up truck or simuliar we would have used fork truck or wood loading ramp.
Thank you again for you business. Dan.

Sharp looking sled Dan. Will keep an eye on all your mods you do. Forecast says lots of snow so lets hope they are right for a change.
