Picked up my 4 wheel kit

Are you still running the rip2? Do you find that your track allignement is easier whit this type of axle?

This axle look like a piece of art.
My track alignment issues were totally solved when I put a aftermarket Rip2 and the introvert drivers in. The axle didnt help the actual alignment at all other than the adjustment being easier. Not sure whether it was drivers or new track solved the issue since I did both at one time but now my track goes exactly where I want it with just a 1/4 turn on adjuster.

This alone is worth the extra cost IMO, getting rid of junk adjuster parts for the most part.

Yes. I did the Larson winter of 13/14 so fear of god was in me from working at dealership and seeing all the 12/13 Cats coming in with destroyed TriHubs and all the parts they took with them! Came in one day to find a Turbo in middle of lot with a rope tied to bumper and Post by door. Hub had failed and rails poked track bending rails almost in half, ruining track and I think tunnel had damage too! Customer tied rope to post to drag sled off trailer with his truck. They have improved every year since though. No where near the failure rates they used to have.

I've been trying to find this kit for my SideWinder, but I'm not seeing anything. Anyone have the link?

steve is that bolt going thru any stock parts from Yamaha? And is that hole you have that adjuster mounted in,same hole in sidewinder skid?
The adjuster bolt still goes through the stock part the nut is against but its flipped to the outside. Hole is same in Sidewinder skid.

Wont break this! And I run my track tighter than spec.

So the push point is now the nut on inside of adjuster,as the adjuster becomes just a stationary point of ref. and the hub that mounts wheel,is now your push point, cool. Ya very pricy, may need that, and have to wait on my side panel another year, siense I may not ride much this year from my newest heart bypass surgery!
