would it not be better to install the pilot skis with the second runner on the inside rather than on the outside?
seems like the inside of the ski is what bites when the sled is in a corner.
if turning left the sled leans to the right and the inside of the right ski is what is contacting the ground
the same effect as a simmons ski.
i think i seen this on another post sometime back but cannot find it.

I tried it once.....handled like crap i thought so i went back to carbide on outside.

also if you use a shaper bar in center they work well.
