Pilot ski install

I have been reading on the install for the pilot ski's. What I am wondering is the rubber stopper part # is from the the older model skis. The newer machines with the pilots have a different #. Is there a difference between the 2 rubbers with 1 working better than the other?

I need to order soon any feed back is appreciated.

You need to order 2 ski stopers from the ski-doo dealer part # 506151233. I just installed a set of 6.9 pilots on my 06 Attak. Went for a 180 mile ride and all I can say is I wish I had installed these last year. They are head and shoulder above the Yamaha skis on the trails. I haven't had a chance to ride in the deep snow yet. Also some people say they had to trim some off the stoppers, but I didn't and the ski rails and turns easy.

I do not know the older stopper part number. If you goto Skidoo.com in their parts section you might find.

I used the newer stopper also untrimmed, very happy with it
