Has anybody installed the parking brake removal kit from Pioneer Performance? It removes all of the stock parking brake components and replaces all that with a simple wedge type lock for the brake lever.
I am looking for feedback on how well it works and if I can use it without interference from my PowerMadd hand guard mounting bracket. Here is link to the website, the kit is shown under "accessories".

I agree that it is quite expensive. The Pioneer catalog that I received at the beginning of the season listed this at $99.95 and now I see it is $129.95 on the website! I wonder if Bruce gives discounts to TY members?
My stock parking brake will no longer hold the sled on my tilt trailer even though I have it adjusted as tight as the cable adjustment will allow. My problem is that my PowerMadd hand guard bracket limits the full travel of the stock parking brake lever.

I have it installed on my '06 Nytro. Works great, easy to install, doesn't bleed down pressure while trailer, and it doesn't interfere with my handguards. I run the FX Nytro style guards on my stock mounts.
