Even before I took possession of my '07 Attak GT I was reading on here the benefits gained from having your shocks revalved and having the big boy spring added.

I'm over 200lbs and had the big boy spring put on by Ohlins ( for free, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) before she even hit the snow but OMG, the revalve that Bruce did (Pioneer Performance).........
This is a brand new sled with an affinity to handle almost anything I throw at it. The weight is still there and you will feel it in the big whoops ( this sled will never be a mogul sled) but now I can quite literally cruise through anything that is not a big whoop and the handling is amazing!!

I wasn't sure it was possible to love my sled any more than I did before but now this thing absolutely ROCKS!!!

If you're wondering if a shock rebuild or revalve is worth the money, I can assure you that it is, even straight out of the crate, there is no comparison!!! :jump: AND you will kick yourself ( :o| )for not doing it sooner!

i agree bruce just did my rx1 shocks and the sled is actually fun to ride now. absolutly worth it.

What process did you go through to have Ohlin's put a big boy spring on?

I called Ohlins prior to taking the sled out of the crate and requested to have the spring changed as my wieght was out of the acceptable range for the spring that came with the sled. To my delight they informed me all I would be responsible for was getting the shock back to them and they would take care of it. Had the dealer pull the shock and overnight it to Ohlins. While the suspension was out had the rip-saw changed out for an ice claw and that's how I took her out on the first ride.......good but not nearly as good as where's she's at now.

I go to Factory Connection... but it's amazing what a good revalving will do to your ride..

;)!
