Plastic Collar on steering column

Does anyone know if Yamaha will offer a billet collar for the base of the steering column? Every single one on display at Haydays was starting to bubble and look like crap. I'm guessing from excessive sun and heat?

I noticed that too - actually my doo riding buddy noticed it first

On the bright side if thats the only thing he could spot, its gonna be a great winter! Those sleds look awesome.

I talked to a Yamaha Rep at Haydays and he said that blistered collar was a proto part and has been corrected.
