I hate to ask a dumb question, but I'm having trouble diconnecting the type of lead like the one that goes to the power outlet and one of the leads that goes to the instrument cluster. It has a little tab on it to press, but the connectors don't seem to want to separate at any cost. What gives? Thanks, Jay.

that tab needs to be lifted.i use a very small flat blade screwdriver.if its the other type you just need to push in further.

Thanks. It sounds like I was going about it wrong.

Connectors
I agree, for these need to be disconnected to access anything under the pod, would have been nice to make them easier to disconnect, and maybe a bit longer length in wire to be able to get them out where you can get at them better.
