ok so i want something wider, maybe lighter, and just a all around better ski. i do a lot of jumping and powder riding, as well as trail riding. so what would be good for me? i hate hitting a jump with the stock skis, they just arent wide enough.

also where is everyone getting aftermarket bars? im thinking height adjustable riser with new 1 1/8 bars. thanks!

New flexi-skis are wide(10") for pow, and magazine says they work well on the trail, too, because of twin keel/wear bars.

C&A XT Pro.....
Put-em on an 06 Phazer and now it floats on top of the snow. And they rail the corners

Has anyone tried these different brands and can give an objective comparison?

could we get a unbiased opinion on the different skis for the phazer yet?

i have C&A pro's and also fliped the spacers in the pivot of the ski on the spindle offsets about 1/2in which made all in all its about 2in-3in wider. i forgot if its ski to ski 43.5in unsprung or 44.5in. ill check when i get home. but i think that made a huge difference on handling in the corners. also i run a 10in carbide.

I have Slydog powder pros on the mtn and like them. Simmons flexis are nice too. C n A's are nice for the trails and cheaper than most. I didn't care for the Yami mtn skis myslef.

heres a pic of mine with the C&A pros crappy pic but u get the idea
