Recently I have noticed a sort of ticking sound coming from the clutch side on my sled. I cannot pinpoint this at all and it doesn't seem to be hindering the sled in any way but the noise is unfamiliar to me. Any ideas of what would make a small ticking sound? It's almost as if something is flicking around the clutch and whipping things. But I cannot see anything there at all.

It sounds like the jackshaft bearing behind the secondary may be telling you it plans to have issues.

Have you changed to the new design of secondary bearing?

I blew the whole works of bearings at the very end or last season and had everything replaced. I think the bearing that is in there now is a tapered bearing but idk for sure. I don't think the bearing would be going so soon after just 300 km since last change. But either way how would I tell if the bearing there now is the updated one without taking it off?

If you look on the backside of the bearing, opposite side of the clutch, with a flashlight, you can see the threaded portion and a locknut similar to a shock absorber spring adjusting locknut, it has notches cut into it.
That would be the updated style of locking collar.
Also, run your finger around the back there, and check for any grease or anything if the seal might be gone, maybe some fine bearing debris as well.
If need , you can also pull the secondary and shims, and carefully remove the seal out and inspect the bearing and grease.
If that's not it, and no vibration etc it might even be an exhaust leak for that matter, especially if it's heard in that area when just running, not riding it.

No the sound comes from it when I am riding. It's almost like an electrical buzzing sound like bzzzzzzzz when she's moving. Also can anyone tell me if the front four wheels in the undercarriage have removeable seals so I can re-pack them? I can hear them rolling over when I'm driving and it sounds like there's no grease in them at all.

that almost sounds like the alum heat shields under the tunnel. The rivets get loose and then buzz, then they finally fall off. Buzz gone. You can rip it out of there with a little help.

if the buzz is gone, the shield has come off. I'll bet if you look on top of the track to see the tunnel you will see the open hole where the shield once was.

You'll see the pipes up in the hole. Also should see where the rivets were, may still be in there too.
