I'll try to update as machine progresses and breaks in
SR Viper RTX LE 1.7" lug track, 21-49 (2.33) gearing-stock low windshield
Power Mods= MBRP Can-still to be installed
Clutch Kit= Ulmer
Belt= 8DN
Belt width and length=
Weights= Ulmer Super Tip 1 tungsten, 2 washers heel (9g)
Helix= Ulmer K
Primary Spring= Ulmer OPO
Secondary Spring= Ulmer Red
Wrap= 6-2
Machined for overdrive= Yes
Machined for 8DN length belt= Yes
OSP Deflection Adjuster w/plate removed= No
RPMS at engagement= 3,000-ish observed
RPMS at top speed and top speed= 8400 observed 80mph
Observations: Originally had 1 washer in tip, but I removed for now. Machine is still fresh with maybe 100 miles on it. Clutch kit was set up for can, but can has not been installed yet. Machine needs to grow into the clutching.
Conditions: Lake with somewhat packed snow, but still plenty loose. Did not have opportunity to try for major top speed run, but it does pull exceptionally hard then flattens out hard at mid to upper 70's

Observations: Mountain setup in that I am geared to 85mph top. Runs with or outruns 800 2 strokes, pulls hard to 75mph but have not had real long stretch to test actual top speed and where I ride top speed means very little. VERY happy with this setup

Observations: Mountain setup in that I am geared to 80mph top. The Rat weights in testing gained 1/2 sled length from 0 to 60mph, also had a backshift that was incredibly fast. Also on braking and acceleration the rat weights made the sled feel more like a 4 stroke bike in that the recovery on acceleration was almost instant. Air box mod and Super Rat weights it runs even up with friends 800 Ski Doos, VERY happy with this setup.

Miles on sled=5000km
Observations: top speed 160km to 165km conditions vary with the slip on and clutch. More top end is not my goal. I would like the clutching more aggressive like my fx nytro was but that was an entirely different clutch kit super torquer heelclicker drag and fly. Have not been able to test due to poor conditions as I now have a pcv, intake, and cr10ek plugs.
