anyone try this i realy like the idea of haveing the autotune. wich would make the whole system plug and play without haveing to realy learn about fuel maps and what not. but you still could mod your fuel maps yourself if you wanted. if anyond has any experince runing this setup please give some feedback. $300 sounds fair if it could help us make at least 5hp combined with other mods. plus haveing the autotune find/fix those flat spots would be great http://www.kneedraggers.com/product/663 ... Snowmobile

You must still know about fuel maps as you need a base map to start with and then fine tune it with the Autotune seutp. You must also know what your target air/fuel ratio setup is.

FYI, The $300 price is for the PC5 only... the Auto-tune module is about another $200. And u have to have the connector for the 02 sensor welded into your header by an experienced welder.

haveing a O2 bung put in is not a big deal. but you right i would have $500 into this setup thats why i was asking for any feedback with this setup

I do have a question regarding this setup? Is there a 02 sensor in each head pipe or just one after they come together into one pipe?

Think about this.Only way to find the best AFR is to dyno it with a afr meter or spend a ton of time doing comparison runs with another sled after autotuning to your best guess as to where the power is.Srxspec has done the tuning and I am sure buying it from him would be VERY worthwhile.

I have used it on quads and the only way to get a decent map is to also have a switch installed to turn the Autotune on and off.You also need to do your runs while tuning consistently. Then immediately turn the auto tune off.If you go out and are spinning the track or anything that puts odd loads on motor with autotune on it will mess your map up.It does work but you basicly have to try and duplicate what a Dyno does(consistent and repeatable runs)that is going to be very difficult on a snowmobile where conditions hugely affect engine load.
