Ok so I purchased a water temperature gauge and its pretty straight forward to install . Just wondering what wire to splice into to power the light in it?? Should I install a fuse?? Anybody with pics thanks.

Use same wire in fuse block for factory idiot light, has it's own fuse.

I spliced into the headlight power wire down at the fuse panel.

I tapped into the brake light circuit.
